Anti-National Translation 
For a punk band to “boycott” Israel considering they would probably play for a triple-digit audience of like-minded individuals would be completely retarded no matter what side of the discussion they happen to be on. It would only make it harder for them to connect to people that could actually make a difference on the matter.
It’s a laughable concept, really.

This is just bad (though typical) analysis. These are the Left wings of two oppressed peoples. Recognizing that, which many absolutely refuse to do, demands a different sort of politics. Biafra is a White American, not to my knowledge either Jewish or Palestinian. If he were to fail to recognize his privileged position with regards to both groups, this would only entrench American colonialism, yet boycott proponents (in the name of anti-colonialism, no less) demand exactly that.
(As an aside, pan-Semitic? Semitic is [and always was] a language group. Many Jews do not speak any Semitic languages. Unless the intention is to foster a unity that precludes Jews, that’s inaccurate at best.)

think about the audience he goes for young teenagers and young adults
both groups very impressionable to xenophilic ideas
and also both groups especially “punk” kids are already rebels who hate white capitalist societies and are already prone to doing things to stick it to their parents and have a counter-culture view on the world aka they hate anything popular
so ideas like communism and extreme hippie fantasyland utopianism liberal ideals are things that they could start following at the snap of a finger
people like jello should be called out for what they truly are
a poisoner of the minds of young people
people like jello are the same people that tore this country apart
